Experimental setup:
- Work piece 500 mm (Quarz Composite Stone), thickness of material 2 mm, reinforced with sub-construction material up to a total thickness of 30 mm.
- 4 pieces with sub-construction material of 4 different suppliers which were produced on the same way
Test result with Weha sub-construction material:
- Break load without sub-construction material: 1,88 kilonewton
- Break load with Weha sub-construction material: 4,11 kilonewton
- Bend till fracture without sub-construciton material: 1,3 mm
- Bend till fracture with Weha sub-construction material: 5 mm
Test piece with Weha sub-construction material was winner in both test categories.
