On-site sales:

• Sales only by authorized and, if applicable, qualified personnel
• Customer eligibility must be verified (e.g. proof of business)
• Product handover only by authorized staff

Online sales and shipping:

• Only to commercial or professional users
• The safety data sheet must be included with the shipment or made permanently accessible online

Notification to authorities:

Handling this product may need to be reported to the relevant authority under § 6 ChemVerbotsV.

Mandatory consultation:

The buyer must be informed about application, hazards, protective measures, and disposal.

Documentation obligation (if applicable):

For particularly hazardous substances, the sale must be documented. These records must be kept for 5 years.
