Customer account
Click here to register. Please remember to send us a sales tax certificate if you are not yet a weha customer. This is required for the approval of your account. We will activate the account immediately after checking your data and inform you by email.
Your login data consists of username (your email address) and password (assigned by you during registration/first login). Log in here.
Please enter your login email address here. You will then receive a link by email. After clicking on the link you can enter a new password.
Under My Account you can change your login data as well as add or adjust shipping addresses. To change your billing address, please contact us here.
Order
After you have logged in to our shop, you will see the currently valid prices, which you also receive otherwise. If some products have better prices due to current promotions, you will of course see them.
The order history provides you with an overview of all purchases you have made with a detailed view. It does not matter whether this order was placed in the shop, by phone or with our field service. You can narrow down your search and view details such as shipment tracking numbers or invoice copies for each order. In addition, you can reorder items from old orders here. With the help of article lists we support you in ordering regularly needed articles. You can create as many lists as you like and name them according to your own system. The article lists are filled on the product overview pages, article detail pages or directly in the shopping cart. If you want to place a new order, simply enter a complete article list or individual items from it into the shopping cart. Here you find a video about it.
At the end of your order process we show you again a summary of all information. Here you have the option to enter your own order number. This will then be automatically displayed on all necessary documents such as order confirmation, delivery bill or invoice.
We offer you the possibility to order valid offers in the shop. If you already received one of our offers with barcode or offer link, you will be redirected directly to the offer with this link. Of course, even without a link, you have the option to call up the offer via our offer history. offer history. From there you can order single items or the complete offer.
Shipping & Delivery
If you want to change a delivery address only once for an order, you can do this during the ordering process (Delivery & Payment Conditions). If you want to permanently change your default delivery address or manage additional delivery addresses, you can do this in your customer account under Addresses. Here you find a video about it.
The shipping and handling costs incurred will be displayed in the summary after you have selected the relevant items, shipping condition and delivery address.
Self-collection is possible at the Königsbrunn location. You can pick up ordered items - if available - 3 hours after ordering. Please give us a note at the end of the order process
As soon as your shipment has been taken over by our carrier, we will send you an email with the corresponding shipment number and link to track the shipment. You can also find this information at any time within order history.
Payment
At weha you can pay by prepayment, PayPal or invoice. First orders are generally made by prepayment or PayPal. We ask for your understanding.
As soon as you register with us, we will store an invoice dispatch in your account by email to the email address you have provided. If you still wish to receive your invoice by mail, please contact us.

Please contact us for this at vertrieb@weha.com stating the reason and the corresponding delivery note number.
