Here’s how it works:
1. Directly via the link on your invoice
You will now find a direct link to the complaint form on every invoice. With just one click, you can quickly and easily access the complaint form.
2. Alternatively, via your customer account
Log in to your account and click on „Complaints“.
3. Select an invoice
Find the invoice you want, view the invoice details, and select the appropriate item for your complaint.
4. View existing complaints
In the “Complaints” section, you can not only create new complaints but also view existing cases at any time.
5. Confirmation via email
After successful submission, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
